HUAYUE® High-Performance Cellular Glass is a kind of new inorganic insulation material with glass as the main raw material, mixed with an appropriate amount of foaming agent, foamed by a high-temperature tunnel kiln, and then processed by annealing and cooling treatment. It has a uniform independent closed pore structure.
It completely retains the chemical stability of inorganic glass, has low density, low thermal conductivity, no moisture permeability, no water absorption, no combustion, no mildew, no rat biting, high mechanical strength, is easy to process, and is resistant to all chemical attacks except hydrofluoric acid. It contains no ozone-depleting propellants, flame-resistant additives, or binders, without VOC or other volatile substances. It can be applied for pipe and equipment insulation, as well as tank bottom support and thermal isolation.
